Drink Water
Drink 3 liters of water every day, and log extra when you beat the goal.
How challenges work
- Join. Open the Challenges tab and tap Join. The challenge appears on your Today screen next to your habits.
- Add progress. Tap + and log what you did, such as 45 minutes or 1 km. You can log more than the goal.
- Attach a habit. If you already track the same thing, attach your habit to the challenge so it is not counted twice.
- See who else joined. Every challenge has a members list, a chat and a leaderboard, all one swipe apart.
- Invite friends. Share a challenge link or send an invite to a friend inside the app.
Why group challenges help you stay consistent
Doing something alone relies on motivation, which fades. A challenge adds three things that last longer than motivation:
- A clear target that is the same for everyone, so you never wonder what "enough" is.
- Visible progress on a leaderboard, which turns a private habit into a shared game.
- People who notice. Knowing others can see whether you showed up is a gentle form of accountability.
Leaderboards are for motivation, not pressure. Your rank is based on days completed, so a steady person beats a sprinter who stops after a week.
How to run a 30-day habit challenge
- Pick one challenge. Doing five at once is how people burn out.
- Write down your minimum for a bad day, for example a 10-minute run instead of 30.
- Set an alarm for the same time every day.
- Tell two friends and invite them. Now you owe someone a check-in, which makes quietly stopping harder.
- After day 30, keep the habit, add a second challenge or raise the goal.
