Delete your data

In the app

Open Jeevan → Profile (top right) → Settings → Security → Delete all my data to erase everything on your phone. If you created a community account, open Profile → Friends → Community → Account & privacy → Delete my community account to remove your profile, backup, friendships, group memberships, challenge entries and Nearby entry from our servers.

By e-mail

Send a message to vaibhavkapoorwork@gmail.com from the e-mail address you signed up with, saying you want your Jeevan data deleted. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Signed in with Google

Deleting your Jeevan account does not delete your Google account. You can also remove Jeevan from Google under Security → Third-party access.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, username, points, streak), your private cloud backup, friend list and requests, group memberships, challenge entries, Nearby area and blocked list. Messages or posts you sent in other people’s chats, groups and challenges can be deleted by you in the app, or on request by e-mail.
